Best growroom supply store I have ever been in. They are very helpful and the prices are right. My favorite store because I love hydroponics and they have a great variety of nutrients and any supplies I need. Corney but they treat me like a friend.

They have had years to fix this problem but it's the same as day 1. Pricing is not clearly marked for anything and if they have to look up the price of something, plan on being there at least another 20 min. For the most part staff is polite and respectful with a couple exceptions. They are not as knowledgeable as some of these reviews state, but they do not claim to be either. Some of the employees pick and choose who to charge regular or bulk pricing, and if they can't figure out how to find a price on something, for example pricing on a 4 or 8 pack of t5 bulbs, they will charge each piece individually and very rude if you speak up on it. If you can't figure something out there is very little shame in admitting that, but when you treat the customer like an idiot because you don't know how to do your job, shame on you. This review is based on years of experience in this store, not a 1 time ordeal

I drive out of my way to come here. The guys at the shop are always super helpful and exceptionally knowledgeable. I appreciate the fact that they always recommend the product that is best for my situation not what costs the most. And that’s important. I also appreciate the fact that they have personally have thanked me for being a military veteran. It’s nice going to a shop where they treat you like a person not a customer, especially these days.

We walked in having an idea and we walked out with supplies for practical application and even better ideas than we came in with. Chuck helped us when we walked in and spent the better part of 20 minutes explaining what some of our options were for what we wanted to accomplish. He knew a lot about everything we asked him and was super helpful! Prices were not bad either! We will have potatoes in no time!
